INVITE-ONLY
ALPHA.
A plain-English agreement for friends testing the early BIG WEEK fitness, nutrition, and coaching experience.
1. Who can participate
Participation is limited to people personally invited by Nick Haddad. You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, use your own account, and be legally able to accept this Agreement. Access may not be shared or transferred.
2. What BIG WEEK provides
BIG WEEK provides early software tools for building and logging workouts, reviewing performance, estimating nutrition targets, adapting future plans, and—when applicable—working with a coach. Some recommendations are generated by objective rules or AI-assisted features.
This alpha is provided without charge. It does not include a paid subscription, guaranteed availability, guaranteed support response time, or a promise that any feature will remain available.
3. What information is used
BIG WEEK may collect and use account information; onboarding and body-profile information; goals, schedule, equipment, preferences, and limitations; workout and nutrition information; feedback and coaching messages; support requests; and basic technical or diagnostic information.
This information is used to operate the alpha, personalize plans, save progress, support users, investigate problems, secure accounts, and improve the product. It may be processed by vendors that provide hosting, authentication, database, email, diagnostic, or AI services.
BIG WEEK does not sell alpha participants' personal information or use body, workout, nutrition, or fitness information for targeted advertising.
4. Who can see your information
Nick Haddad, as BIG WEEK's owner and alpha administrator, may access any alpha account when reasonably needed to provide support, review or override plans, investigate problems, test functionality, maintain account isolation, or improve the product. This does not mean every workout or plan will receive human review.
If you are assigned to a coach, that coach may view the profile, plan, workout, nutrition, progress, and feedback information reasonably needed to coach you. Athletes should not be able to view another athlete's information. Report any unexpected access immediately.
5. Fitness and nutrition safety
BIG WEEK is a consumer fitness and wellness tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, physical therapy, emergency monitoring, or individualized medical nutrition therapy.
Physical activity involves inherent risks. You are responsible for choosing safe equipment and surroundings, using appropriate technique, selecting manageable loads, and deciding whether a workout or nutrition suggestion is suitable for you.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or materially changing a program when appropriate—especially if you have an injury, illness, heart or metabolic condition, history of disordered eating, are pregnant or postpartum, take relevant medication, or have been advised to restrict activity or food intake.
Stop immediately and seek appropriate help for chest pain, fainting, severe or unusual shortness of breath, confusion, sudden weakness, sharp or escalating pain, or another concerning symptom. Call 911 or your local emergency number for an emergency. BIG WEEK does not monitor workouts in real time and cannot summon help.
6. Automated plans and nutrition targets
Rules-based and AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Workout progressions, substitutions, exercise selections, coaching insights, calorie targets, and macros are estimates—not guarantees or medical determinations. Review each recommendation before following it, provide accurate information, and use reasonable judgment.
7. Your alpha responsibilities
- Keep your account and email secure and do not access another participant's account.
- Provide accurate profile, limitation, equipment, and performance information.
- Review workouts before performing them and adjust or stop anything unsafe or unsuitable.
- Report meaningful bugs, incorrect account access, unsafe recommendations, or data problems.
- Do not use BIG WEEK to diagnose or treat another person or misrepresent professional credentials.
8. Feedback and product changes
You may send feedback voluntarily. BIG WEEK may use suggestions, ideas, bug reports, and general observations to improve the product without payment or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of your personal workout history, nutrition information, messages, or other personal content.
9. Access, correction, export, and deletion
You may ask BIG WEEK to correct account information, provide a reasonable copy of your saved alpha data, or delete your account and personal data by contacting bigweeksupport@gmail.com. Requests will be handled manually during the alpha. BIG WEEK may verify your identity and retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, backups, or resolving a dispute.
If you stop participating, your information will not automatically disappear unless BIG WEEK's retention process deletes it or you request deletion. Backup copies may remain temporarily before they are overwritten.
10. Availability and ending participation
You may stop using the alpha at any time. BIG WEEK may suspend or end an account, feature, or the entire alpha when reasonably necessary for safety, security, abuse prevention, technical limitations, or product changes. When practical, participants will be given notice and an opportunity to request their saved records.
11. No guaranteed results
BIG WEEK does not guarantee weight change, strength gain, health improvement, appearance, performance, adherence, or any other result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside BIG WEEK's control.
12. Alpha limitations
The alpha is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Bugs, interruptions, inaccurate outputs, missing history, or changes may occur. Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. This Agreement is intended for a small, free, invite-only U.S. test and should be replaced or supplemented before a public or paid launch.
13. Support
Questions, safety concerns, suspected account problems, privacy requests, or withdrawal from the alpha should be sent to bigweeksupport@gmail.com. For emergencies, contact emergency services—not BIG WEEK.
